Itinerary: We will drive together from your hotel to the ASTRA Open Air Museum. Here we will visit the biggest open air museum in Romania. „ASTRA“ National Museum Complex gathers under the same authority four ethnology and civilisation museums in the city, a series of laboratories for conservation and research, and a documentation centre. From here we drive to Rasinari, a Romanian shepard village at the foothills of the Carpathian Mountains. Here we will visit the first Orthodox Mitropoly in Transylvania.

Itinerary: We drive to Sighisoara, crossing the Transylvanian plateau. On our way there we visit Biertan, the medieval village which was the bishop seat for more than 300 years. Afterwards we go to Sighisoara , the only inhabited citadel in the South-Eastern Europe, part of the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage. In a tour of the magnificent citadel we visit the main cultural objectives: the Clock Tower; the birth house of Vlad the Impaler; the Stag House. We will climb the 177 steps of the Covered Staircase, until we arrive at the Church on the Hill. We return to Sibiu at 18:00. We will leave you in front of the hotel in which you are checked in.
